Additional Details on Charges: How the Complexity Survey Works To ensure your fee is aligned with the true scope of work we provide, we use a short Complexity Survey as part of our onboarding and annual review process. The survey looks at specific factorssuch as the number of accounts we manage, taxplanning needs, business or real estate interests, estate considerations, and overall coordination required across your financial life. Each factor carries a small weight based on the time and expertise typically required. Your total score places your household into a complexity tier, which then determines the appropriate advisory fee. This makes the process transparent, consistent, and fair across all clients. Importantly, your fee does not automatically increase with higher complexity. Instead, changes only occur when the scope of work meaningfully expands or contracts. We review the survey with you so you always understand how your fee is determined and what services are included.
