I am the Director Of Operations at Everest Wealth Advisors and have a passion for helping others pursue their retirement goals. I grew up in Alaska and, during my childhood, I witnessed the impact that saving had on my family's retirement. This early experience is my motivation for helping others prepare themselves for a financial future that is safe, secure, and ready to succeed. I volunteer at my church in many ways but teaching Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University to single mothers in my community has been a passion so I can help them become financially free, independent and to earn to invest in their future for them and their children.

In my free time, in addition to volunteering, you will find me spending my days in the outdoors of Colorado, where I live with husband and President of Everest Wealth, Darren Meyer. Family is one of our main priorities, ours and yours. This is why we call our clients, friends, and family. We want them to achieve and maintain all the success they have ever dreamed of just as we do for our children and our many nieces and nephews.

My interest in investing and personal finance began at a young age. I can remember discussing the stock and bond market with my dad before I even understood what they were. After attaining my Bachelors degree, I started my career at a mutual fund company.

Shortly after I began, the 2008 financial crisis took hold and I saw first-hand the turmoil it brought to many investors and families. It was then that I truly understood the importance of having a financial plan and a financial advisor.  More than anything else, I realized finance was not about numbers on a screen, but about peoples lives.

Since that time, I have become a licensed advisor, attained my Masters degree, and have become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER.

My career is dedicated to helping individuals and families make the best possible decisions with their money so they can manage the goals they have set for themselves, and work towards financial freedom.

When I'm not working, you can find me enjoying time with my significant other Grace, her daughter, hiking with our dog Sasha, dining with our friends, traveling or just relaxing and watching our new favorite series on television.

I am an Advisor Assistant at Everest Wealth Advisors. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Growing up in Nebraska, my Mom helped me develop a strong work ethic and sense of financial responsibility. I started working at 14 and learned how to open a checking account, balance my checkbook, and save for the things I wanted, like my first car. 

I've been working in customer service since my first "real" job as an ice cream truck driver, and my passion has always been helping people. I have been working with Financial Advisors since 2011 and absolutely love always making sure that the clients come first. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn. By gaining and sharpening my financial expertise, I have helped positively impact the lives of others. This experience is my drive to continue working with clients and creating  financial relationships that empower.

In my spare time you might find me playing with our two French Brittany dogs, adventuring around Colorado, traveling, doing puzzles, or crafting some new project.
