Important Disclosures Relating to Referrals to RMR Wealth Builders, Inc.

RetirementPlanning.net (the "Program") is an advertising and referral service for investment professionals operated by RetirementPlanning.net. When you provide your contact information through the Program website, RetirementPlanning.net will introduce you to investment professionals that are in your geographic area, including in your case, an investment adviser ("Advisor") of RMR Wealth Builders, Inc.. It is up to you to interview the Advisor and decide whether you want to hire them. If you decide to hire Advisor, you will enter into an agreement directly with that Advisor to provide you with investment advisory services.

Advisor has entered into an arrangement with RetirementPlanning.net under which Advisor pays a flat fee to RetirementPlanning.net to advertise their services through the Program and to receive client referrals in the form of an initial introduction to interested consumers who are located in Advisor's geographic region, using the following payment schedule:

Advisors who participate in the RetirementPlanning.net program pay fees that are limited to a budget amount the Advisor sets in advance. Once an Advisors budget has been exhausted, that Advisor will not be presented again until the next billing cycle starts. As a consequence, RetirementPlanning.net has a financial incentive to present certain Advisors based on the amount of fees they have committed to participating in the program.

The fees paid by Advisor to RetirementPlanning.net are paid irrespective of whether you become a client of Advisor, and are not passed along to you. You will not pay any increased fee to Advisor or RMR Wealth Builders, Inc. as a result of the arrangement.

RetirementPlanning.net is not affiliated with RMR Wealth Builders, Inc. and neither RetirementPlanning.net nor any of its representatives are authorized to provide investment advice on behalf of RMR Wealth Builders, Inc. or to act for or bind RMR Wealth Builders, Inc.. No investment advisory agreement with Advisor will become effective until accepted by Advisor and RMR Wealth Builders, Inc..
